今回私たちはJWmarriott hotelのカバナプールサイドというカテゴリーの部屋をホテルウェブサイトより予約しました。
度々書きますがクアラルンプールはホテルの価格が安いのが特徴です。
その為クラブアクセスラウンジの権利がついた部屋のカテゴリーもあまり値段の差を感じません。
マレーシアは物価は安いのですがアルコール類は比較的高いので、妻が酒をかなり飲むので必ずクアラルンプールではクラブアクセスラウンジがついている部屋を予約するのです。
カバナプールサイドは入口はプールサイドから
カバナプールサイドの部屋はプールがあるフロアのみで、プールに沿うような感じで部屋が数部屋あります。
リゾートホテルではありがちなカテゴリーですが街中では珍しいなと思い、かなり早い段階で予約を入れました。（４か月前くらいだった気がします）
フロントで応対してくれた親切な日本人スタッフに連れられて部屋に到着しました。
まずプールに出てプールサイド沿いに歩くと写真のような部屋の入口が見えてきます。
廊下から入らないと多少の違和感がありますが最初の印象はかなり良かったです。
ざっくりと植栽で囲ってあるので写真に見えるソファーはここの部屋専用といったかんじで天井にあるファンが心地よい風を与えてくれました。
Cabana poolside rooms are only on the floor where the pool is, and there are several rooms along the pool.
Although it is a common category for resort hotels, I thought it was rare in town, so I made a reservation at a very early stage. (I feel it was about 4 months ago)
I arrived at the room with a friendly Japanese staff who was at the front desk.
If you go out to the pool and walk along the poolside, you will see the entrance of the room as shown in the picture.
There was some sense of incongruity if I didn’t enter the hallway, but the first impression was quite good.
The sofa, which is visible in the photo because it is roughly planted, gave a pleasant breeze to the fans on the ceiling.
カバナプールサイドから外の眺め
写真の通りに室内からすぐそこにプールが広がります。
特に大きく雰囲気のあるプールとかではないですがこのカテゴリーに泊まると部屋の前のソファーでゆっくりしながら考えに耽ることができます。
小さなテーブルもあるので部屋にあるエスプレッソを飲むのも良いでしょう。

夕方にはプールはクローズします
jwmarriotthotelのスイミングプールは１８時時にクローズします。
都会のホテルでは遅い時間まで泳げそうな感じですがかなり早いです。
最初は残念でしたが夜の誰も泳いでいないプールを見ながらゆっくり過ごすのも悪くはなかったです。
The jwmarriotthotel swimming pool closes at 18:00.
It seems to be able to swim until late at a city hotel, but it is quite early.
It was disappointing at first, but it was not bad to spend time slowly watching the pool where no one was swimming.
