羽田からANAにてシンガポールのチャンギ国際空港に到着後エアアジアにてランカウイへとトランジットします。
チャンギ国際空港でターミナル２からターミナル４へバスで向かいます。

シンガポールのチャンギ国際空港はターミナルが４つあります。
ターミナル１・２・３は制限エリア内でもエリア外でもスカイトレインという自動運転のモノレールみたいな乗り物で自由に行き来できます。
ターミナル４は主にLCCの発着がメインになっているのでバスで現時点ではバスで移動します。
実際にはスカイトレインもターミナル２と４を結んでいるようですが制限エリア内にあるため預け荷物を一旦受け取ってLCCで預けなおす場合には制限エリア外にでてバスで移動するようになるかと思います。

Since terminal 4 is mainly used for LCC departures and arrivals, it is a bus at the moment.

今回はANAで羽田からシンガポールに到着しましたのでターミナル２に到着しました。
羽田空港と違い広く搭乗客と降りてきた客と混在していて魅力のある店舗等もあり迷ってしまいそうですがArrival（入国）のサインを見つけて進んでください。
無事に入国できたら預け荷物を受け取ります。

ターミナル２のターミナル４行きのバス乗り場へ

今回はANAなのでターミナル２へ到着したのでバス乗り場を探すのに苦労しませんでしたがターミナル１・３に到着の場合はターミナル２へ移動します。
基本的にJALはターミナル１、シンガポール航空はターミナル３に到着します。
その場合はスカイトレインを利用するのが良いかと思います。
今回はJAL派の妻はほぼ同時刻のJAL便で到着していたのでターミナル２で待っていました。

Basically, JAL arrives at Terminal 1 and Singapore Airlines arrives at Terminal 3.

ターミナル２からターミナル４へのバス停はターミナル１・３からスカイトレインで来ても比較的見つけやすい場所にあります。
所々に写真のようなサインがありますのでわかりやすいかと思います。
バス停を見つけたらバスは比較的短時間の間隔で来ますので慌てなくてもよいかと思います。あまり並んでいる人はいませんでした。
The bus stop from Terminal 2 to Terminal 4 is relatively easy to find even if you come by Skytrain from Terminals 1 and 3.
I think it is easy to understand because there are signs like photos in some places.
If you find a bus stop, the bus will come at relatively short intervals, so you don’t have to panic. There weren’t many people in line.
