Baek Jong-Won has a Chadolvagi at Seoul’s Dolbaegi Sinchon Station branch
2019年の忘年会と称してソウルにやってきました。
最終日の夕食は新村にあるトルベギチッ新村駅店にやってきました。
韓国の有名な料理人のペク・ジョンウォン氏がプロデュースしているお店です。
少し前には明洞にも店舗があったのですが今は無くなってしまったので、最近は新村店に来ています。
ソウルを訪れる際には必ず来店するほど私たち夫婦のお気に入りの店です。
I came to Seoul for the year-end party in 2019.
Dinner on the last day came to Dolbaegi Sinchon station in Sinchon.
This is a restaurant produced by famous Korean cook Baek Jong-won.
A while ago there was a store in Myeongdong, but now it is gone, so I recently came to Sinchon.
It is a favorite shop of our couple so that they will always visit when visiting Seoul.
トルベギチッ新村駅店へ行き方
新村駅の3番出口を探して地上に上がります。
Look for Exit 3 of Sinchon Station and go up to the ground.
大通りに面しているのですが明らかに繁華街が見えてきますのでそちらの方面に向かいます。
Although it faces the main street, you can clearly see the downtown area, so head toward that direction.
最初の大きな交差点を斜め右に進んでいきます。
ここの曲がり角は広いスペースがあり、何かしらのイベントをやっていたりします。
Proceed diagonally right on the first large intersection.
The corner here has a lot of space and is doing some kind of event.
150メートルぐらい進むと ペク・ジョンウォン氏 の看板が見えてきます。
After about 150 meters, you will see the sign of Baek Jong-Won.

店内は広く、清潔です。
店員さんもフレンドリーです。しつこい接客等もないので安心して食事ができると思います。
日本人はほとんどおらず、私たちも何回も訪れていますが日本人らしき人は見たことがありません。
The store is large and clean.
The clerk is also friendly. I don’t think there is any persistent service, so I think I can eat with confidence.
There are few Japanese people, and we have visited many times, but we have never seen a Japanese-like person.

チャドルバギ という牛のともばら肉を薄く切って提供しています。
このお肉は妻がとても気に入っていてソウルを訪れるたびに食べにきます。
It is a signboard product of this shop.
We offer a thin slice of beef tomb called Chadolvagi.
This meat is my wife’s favorite and I come to eat every time I visit Seoul.
私はカルビサルやモクサルなどの厚いお肉も好きなので頼みます。
I also like thick meat such as calvisal and moxal, so I will ask.
美味しいパンチャン
私がここのお店が好きなのはお肉も好きなのですが
写真のような食べ放題のおかずがとても好きなのです。
全ての物が店の中央にあるセルフコーナーでお替りすることができます。
I like the store here but I like meat too
I really like all-you-can-eat side dishes like photos.
All items can be exchanged at the self-service corner in the center of the store.
妻がお気に入りなのがこのチャヤソースといわれるものです。
簡単に言うとポン酢に近いものに野菜が入ったソースです。
ポン酢よりあっさりしています。ともばら肉をつけて食べると非常に美味しいようです。
My wife likes this chaya sauce.
Simply put, it is a sauce with vegetables in something close to ponzu.
It is lighter than ponzu. It seems to be very delicious if you eat it with tombs.
カルビなどはたれにつけて食べます。We eat ribs with sauce.
私が最も好きな大根の細切りキムチです。
何回もお替りしてしまいます。このキムチを食べに行ってます。
ペク・ジョンウォン氏 のYouTubeを見て作り方を研究していますがうまく作れません・・
This is my favorite radish kimchi.
It will be replaced many times. I’m going to eat this kimchi.
I’m studying how to make it by watching Baek Jong-won’s YouTube, but I can’t make it well …
ネギはお肉と一緒に食べます。Leek is eaten with meat.
キムチもいつ行っても同じ味でとても美味しいです。
The kimchi is always delicious with the same taste whenever you go.
セルフのお替りコーナーです。
大根キムチもありますね。

There is also radish kimchi.
サンチュなども食べ放題です。
もちろん食べれるだけ撮ります。

Of course I take as much as I can eat.
お肉を焼いてどんどん食べます。

お肉を頼むとテンジャンチゲがついてきます。
サービスですよ。

妻はチャミスルを必ず頼みます。

My wife always asks for Chamisul.
Well, it ’s a year-end party.
チルソンサイダーが無いのはちょっと残念です。
I am sorry that there is no Chilsung Cider .
