ANA便を使って２０１９年に函館に日帰りで行ってきました。
そうANA修行です。
日帰りで行くことは決定した後、どこに行こうかと考えた時に最後の決め手になったのは駅弁でした。
飛行機で行くのに駅弁？と思われてしまいそうですが私にとって行く価値がある物なのです。
I went to Hakodate on a day trip using ANA flights in 2019.

函館空港からシャトルバスで函館駅にやってきました。
函館駅の中に入ると
北海道四季彩館というお弁当やお土産などを売るコーナーがあります。
改札から出ると一番先に目の付くところに函館みかどのブースがあります。
写真を撮っていいかどうか聞いたところ、快く了解いただきました。
すごく感じの良い店員さんでした。
この後函館山に行くので弁当を予約しました。
I came to Hakodate Station by shuttle bus from Hakodate Airport.
Once inside Hakodate Station
There is a corner that sells lunch boxes and souvenirs in Hokkaido Shikisaikan.
There is the Hakodate Mikado booth at the front of the ticket gate.
When I asked if I could take a picture, I was glad to understand.
It was a very nice clerk.
After this I went to Mt. Hakodate and booked a bento.

鰊みがき弁当です。
昭和４１年に発売されて以来変わらぬ製法で作っているようです。
天日干しした身欠きにしんを甘じょっぱい味付けで煮込み一晩寝かせたもの
歯ごたえのある味付けされた立派な数の子がメインです。
茎わかめの醤油漬がそえられています。

お弁当はゆっくり食べようと函館空港の展望デッキででも食べようと思いましたが、
函館空港内にフリースペースがあったので室内でいただくことができました。
久しぶりの鰊みがき弁当でしたのでテンションが上がってしまい、何枚も写真を撮ってしまいました。

この時点で早く食べたくて仕方がありませんでした。
鰊にこだわっているというのがパッケージを見てもわかりますね。

いよいよ開封しました。
鰊が３枚、数の子も３つ、たくあんと茎わかめです。
余計なものが入っていなくて本当に良いバランスです。
鰊はよく煮てあるので骨まで食べれますし、下のご飯は煮汁が程よくしみ込んでいます。
数の子は味付けはそんなに濃くは有りません、鰊とのバランスが絶妙です。
パリパリと歯ごたえが良く本当に美味しいです。
茎わかめの味付けも良く、良い箸休めになります。
I finally opened it.
There are 3 herring, 3 number herring roe, and takuan and stalk wakame.
It ’s a really good balance with nothing extra.
The herring is boiled well so you can eat it up to the bones, and the bottom rice is soaked in the broth.
The number is not so herring roe seasoned, the balance with the strawberry is exquisite.
It ’s crunchy and really delicious.
The seasoning of the stem wakame is also good and it makes a good chopstick rest.
もちろん完食しました。
そんなに大きなお弁当ではありません。
基本的にここでしか買えないものと思っています。
このお弁当を買いに行くだけでも函館に行く価値があると私は思います。（完全に私個人の意見です）
今回は３個買って帰りました。
全て美味しく私がいただきました。
妻はこちらの函館みかどの限定商品だった、つぶ貝弁当が好きでしたが生産終了しているとのことでしたので買っていけませんでした。
Of course we ate.
It’s not a big lunch box.
I basically think that you can only buy here.
I think it is worth going to Hakodate just to buy this lunch. (This is my personal opinion)
This time I bought three and went home.
Everything was delicious.
My wife loved the mussel bento box lunch, which was a limited edition of Hakodate Mikado, but it was said that it was discontinued.

私は駅弁マニアではありませんが
今まで食べた駅弁の中で５本指に必ず入る駅弁の函館みかどの鰊みがき弁当についてでした。
