[Malaysia] Blog Introduction of Ya Kun Kaya Toast at Langkawi Airport
ランカウイ空港に到着後に新しくできたショップなどを見て回っているとヤクンカヤトーストがあったので食べてみることにしました。
After arriving at Langkawi Airport and looking around the new shops, there was a yakunkaya toast so I decided to try it.

シンガポールで有名なカヤトースト
その中でもガイドブックなどでもたびたび紹介されるヤクンカヤトースト「Ya Kun Kaya Toast」いつもはカヤジャムを単品で買って帰るのですが
今回はホテルのチェックインまで時間もあるので食べていこうということになりました。
店内はオープンして間もないのかかなり清潔感がありました。
また時間帯もあるのか先客は1組だけでした。

ヤクンカヤトーストでセットメニューを注文
早速注文しました。写真のように電光掲示のメニューがあるので注文しやすいかと思います。
シンガポールの混んでる店だと並んでいるので多少焦ってしまいますので・・
そんなこんなでまあ無難なAセットを注文しました。
よく日本のフードコートでもあるブルブルふるえる機械をもらい席を確保（まあ開いていましたが）して震えるのを待ちます。

ヤクンカヤトースト
待つこと数分やってきましたカヤトースト
内容はトーストにバターとカヤジャム（ココナツ）をサンドしたもの
温泉卵そっくりなものと
見るからに甘そうなコーヒーが登場します。
このカヤジャムとバターで挟んだトーストがかなり美味しい
また温泉卵に醤油をかけそれにカヤトーストをつけて食べると更に美味しいです。
またセットノコーヒーは見た目通りのどが焼けるほど甘い（いいすぎです）
普段はホットコーヒーはブラックしか飲まないのですが
なぜか東南アジアでは許せてしまう・・コーヒー自体が産地が近いので濃いからおいしいのではと勝手に解釈します。
関係ないですが私はホットコーヒーはブラックで飲みますが
アイスコーヒーは少しでも砂糖が入っていたほうが良いような気がします。

For some reason it is forgiven in Southeast Asia. The coffee itself is close to the production area, so I interpret it as delicious because it is dark.
It does n’t matter, but I drink hot coffee in black
I feel like it is better to have a little sugar in iced coffee.

ランカウイ空港の制限エリア外にあるヤクンカヤトースト「Ya Kun Kaya Toast」の紹介でした。
空港は制限エリア内に入ってしまうと少ししかショップがないので時間の許す限り制限エリア外にあるショップ・レストランに行ってみてはいかがでしょうか。
ただ預け荷物等混雑している時間帯では手続きに時間がかかりますので余裕をもっての行動が必要ですので気を付けてくださいね。
