【Singapore】 Blog Changi International Airport Introduction of SONG FA bak kut teh
２０１９年に開業したシンガポールのチャンギ国際空港に直結した複合施設ジュエル地下にある、松發肉骨茶（ソンファ・バクテー）で朝食をたべてきました。
We had breakfast at SONG FA bak kut teh in the basement of the jewel complex directly connected to Singapore’s Changi International Airport, which opened in 2019.

夏の旅行で最近はシンガポールでトランジットしてランカウイ島というのが飛行機で時間をうまくつかえるので我が家の定番です。
今回も早朝にチャンギに到着してランカウイ行きがエアアジアなので必ず制限エリア外に出国します。
ジュエル内を歩くのは初めてなのでうろうろしながらフードコート等を探していると地下に見覚えのある看板が・・
シンガポールはここ１５年ぐらいまあまあ来ていますのであまり下調べはしないのですが 松發肉骨茶（ソンファ・バクテー） があるではありませんか。あまり好きではない妻をよこにいるだけでいいからと説得（ほぼ強引に）して店内に引き込みました。
A summer trip and recently transited in Singapore and Langkawi is a classic home because it allows me to spend time on the plane.
This time, we will arrive in Changi early in the morning and will always go out of the restricted area because Langkawi is bound for AirAsia.
Because I am walking for the first time in the jewel, I am looking for a food court etc.
Singapore has been pretty good for the last 15 years, so I don’t look into it so much, but I think there is SONG FA bak kut teh. I persuaded (almost forcibly) that I just had to have a wife I didn’t like so much and pulled it into the store.

少々渋りながらも朝食時間なのでほかに開店しているお店もしないので妻も食べるようです。もともと見た目で食わず嫌いで食べるときは一人で訪問していました。
店内はシンガポール内の店舗に雰囲気はよせてはいますがデパ地下の一画に作っているので朝は静かでしたが混雑時はがやがやするかもしれません。ただ屋台から始まったようなので当時の雰囲気は味わえるかと思います。
店員さんは外国人観光客には慣れているようでとても親切でした。
私は酒は飲めませんが妻はいつ何時でも飲むのでタイガービアーいくのかと思いましたが私と一緒のライムジュースを頼みました。（朝７時なので・・）
My wife seems to eat because there is no other store open because it is breakfast time, although it is a bit awkward. Originally, I was visiting alone when I hate eating and hate eating.
Although the store is in Singapore, it is quiet in the morning because it is a part of the department store basement, but it may soon become crowded. I think the atmosphere at that time can be tasted just because it started from the stall.
The clerk seemed accustomed to foreign tourists and was very kind.
I can’t drink, but my wife always drinks tiger beer, so I asked for lime juice with me. (It’s 7am in the morning …)

妻は最初は食べるつもりはなかったようなのでバクテーと副菜みたいなものを注文しました。飲んでもいいようにつまめるものにしたのですが最終的にはバクテーをガッツリ二人で食べました。
バクテーは豚の骨付き部分が胡椒ベースの香辛料入りのスープに入ったものです。お肉も骨からするっと取れて美味しいのですがスープを飲むというのがメインなようです。実際にスープは少なくなると感じの良い店員さんが継ぎ足してくれます。このスープが本当に私は好きで永遠飲んでいられるような気がします。（気がするだけです）コムタンスープも好きなのですが少し違いますが雰囲気は同じです。
ご飯に浸して食べても非情においしくつい無言で食べて（飲んで）しまいました。このお替りシステムに妻も驚いていました。なんでも少々癖のある料理は初めて食べるときは美味しいといわれる店で食べるのが重要なのだなと思います。
My wife wasn’t going to eat at first, so I ordered something like bak kut teh and side dishes. I made it so that I could drink it, but in the end I ate bak kut teh together.
Bakute is a bone-in part of a pig in a soup with spices based on pepper. It seems that the main thing is to drink soup. A nice clerk will add you when you actually have less soup. I really like this soup and feel like I can drink it forever. I just like komtan soup, but the atmosphere is the same.
Even if I soaked it in rice, I ate it silently and ate (drinked). My wife was also surprised by this replacement system. I think it ’s important to eat a little bit crunchy food at a restaurant that is said to be delicious the first time.

副菜は２種類頼みました。青菜の炒めと漬物の中間のものと豆をふやかした触感のものでした。青菜はちょっと癖がある味で箸休めにはちょうど良いのですがメインでご飯が進むものではないですね。豆は固いもののほうが個人的には好きですがこちらも箸休めにはよいかなという感じがします。
ライムジュースは個人的にかなり好きで東南アジアなどに行くと大体頼むのですが中の上といったところですかね。（偉そうですみません・・）
I ordered 2 kinds of side dishes. It was an intermediate between stir-fried green vegetables and pickles and a tactile sensation with beans. The green vegetables are a little crunchy and just right for a chopstick rest. I personally prefer beans that are hard, but I feel that this is also good for resting chopsticks.
I personally like lime juice quite a bit, and when I go to Southeast Asia, I usually ask for it. (I’m sorry I’m great …)

シンガポールのチャンギ国際空港に新しくできたジュエル地下にある 松發肉骨茶（ソンファ・バクテー） とてもおいしくいただきました。妻も朝食なら良いかも・・といっていました。有名店なので知っている方も多いかとは思いますが食べてみてはいかがでしょうか。
